Based on our privacy policy, we will take the following measures to protect private information.

Use of Private Information

Private information is collected for the purposes of delivering our products, providing follow-up services, and updating our customers with new product and service information.

Administration of Private Information

We appoint an administrator who is responsible for the handling of private information, and we provide an environment which allows the administrator to protect all private information.

Private Information Disclosure

We will only disclose private information under the following circumstances.
⋅ If we receive permission from the individual to do so.
⋅ If we are required to do so by law or litigation.
⋅ If our work is consigned to a third party company. In this case, the third party will be obligated under the rules set forth in the following "Private Information Commitment."

Private Information Commitment

For purposes of operation, we outsource a portion of our work to partner companies to provide the quality service. In the course of outsourcing to partner companies, private information is sometimes outsourced to these companies. In these cases, we select companies that we believe are qualfied to handle private information, and make certain that these companies are contractually obligated to take the highest precautions for administering and protecting private information.

Disclosure & Update of Private Information

Upon the request of the individual, we will disclose, revise, or delete the information to a reasonable extent. However, these actions will not be carried out if there is a possibility that they may harm another individual, or if these actions result in a possible impedence of our normal operations.
Also, if we are required by law or litigation to disclose information, we will do so in accordance.

Use of Cookies & SSL Encryption

Our website uses "cookies" to provide our users with a more convenient user experience when revisiting our website. This is not intended to infringe on the privacy of individual users, and it will not harm a user's computer.
Also, portions of our site in which individuals submit private information are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data encryption. We also take precautions to protect information within our site via a firewall. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this does not imply a complete guarantee of protection, and we ask for your understanding in advance.
